Job Description

Strong in calculation, coordination and negotiation skills
Liaison with client, consultant, suppliers, subcontractors and authorities
Experience with evaluation of tender, preparation of tender submission & BQ, cost estimation, procurement support, follow up project and handle claim and payment for the project
Cost planning, analysis & monitoring for project resource, costing and project budget
Good in presentation skills, issue BQ, PO and other related documentation

Skills

- 4 to 6 years of experience in Surveying
- Good communication skill
- Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying
