POSITION PURPOSE
To develop a thorough knowledge of the Front Office department’s operation and to work close with the other departments of the Hotel.
Keep telephone operator equipment (switchboards, faxes, photocopier, etc.) in excellent functional condition at all times.
Monitor, Control and ensure consistent proper communication of emergency situations to the hotel department heads.
Handling all normal duties related to the telephone department and SG program in line with Sheraton Brand Standards.

Ensure that our guests receive an on brand personalized experience over the phone.
Acknowledge and recognize SPG members and deliver the appropriate welcome over the phone.

100% daily usage of the Master Arrival Report to deliver GPS initiative successfully to our guests.

Job Title: Executive Club Lounge Supervisor

Job Summary

     Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers. Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns. Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Bellperson, Housekeeping) as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem. - Ensure that the bellmen delivers a warm arrival experience (Welcome module) to the guest as per the Sheraton Brand Standard.
- Ensure that bellmen follows the 5:10 rule at all time.
- Ensure that bellmen deliver the luggage to the room within 10 minutes upon arrival and brings down within 10 minutes upon departure.
- Ensure that luggage storage and inventory security measures are met at all time.
- Responsible for training new members of the bell team in accordance with Sheraton Brand Standards and all relevant SOPs.
- Coordinate daily activities of bellman including completion of Bellman Daily Checklist, organization of bag storage area, porterage, group arrival/departure information, cart maintenance.
- Responsible for coordinating bellman positioning in the lobby and at Front Desk/ Elevator bays.

     Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns. Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in. Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors and dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed. Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest. Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy. Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system. Cash guests' personal checks and traveler's checks. Count bank at the beginning and end of shift. Balance and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications.
