WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A DELIVERY MANAGER, CIVIL WORKS TO JOIN THE THALES URBAN RAIL SIGNALING TEAM IN DOHA, QATAR.
The Delivery Manager supervises for civil engineering works related to the project, is the principal administrator and communications link between Thales and the Sub-contractors

Duties:
1.Be the one point-of contact for all incoming and outgoing project information. Ensure proper distribution of project information to all project team members and Sub-contractors.
2.Contract for the services of outside consultants when required.
3.Keep the Client and the Project management informed on the status of the project’s Civil Works.
4.Establish documentation and administrative organization
5.Review contract documents with appropriate departments and write contractual letters.
6.Perform independent review of all contract drawings and specifications for completeness, correctness and coordination. Ensure that corrections and clarifications are made if required.
7.Interpret the intent of contract drawings and specifications for the Client and the other interested parties.
8.Prepare and distribute Sub-contractors schedule of anticipated shop drawings and samples to Thales
9.Review all requests for modifications of the contract drawings and specifications, whether initiated by Client or Contractors.
10.Consult with Project Architect and Department Manager on all modifications and design changes and to prepare change drawings, as required
11.Review and approve all change estimates; prepare and sign all change orders.


Skills and Experience:
1.Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering from an accredited four‐year college or university
2.Minimum 10 years’ experience.
3.Valid driver's license.

4.Requires a willingness to work a flexible schedule.
