Description
Responsibilities
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales Team.
Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it is strong presence.
Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecast to the Management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Successful previous experience as a sales Manager consistently or exceeding targets.
o Understanding customer requirements and transfer those requirements to design and support team
o Follow ups , presentations, negotiation and closing the deal
o Making sure that the client get the best service and keep the client delighted.
o Collaborate team to achieve better results.
Requirements
o Experience in turnkey interior fit out sales in UAE
o Fluency in English
o Good communication and presentation skills
o Energetic, Enthusiastic and Goal oriented
o Valid UAE Driving License
o Able to read the drawing
o Fast learner
o Flair for sales
