We are currently looking for IT Support Technician/IT Help Desk Engineer for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:
Skill Set required:
3 years experience in IT Support
Technical writing skills
Spoken language Arabic and English
A good memory of how software and operating systems work
Excellent listening and questioning skills combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
The ability to work well in a team
Problem-solving skills
A strong customer focus
The ability to prioritize your workload
Patience, technical orientation and interest
Attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Technical Support for End users.
Installation new Devices (Computer, laptops, printers, scanners, network printer etc.)
Support to the users on OS, MS Office, and other application and software.
Installation all kind of application on pcs, (Support and Troubleshooting)
Repair the Devices, formatting and troubleshooting.
Helping and give the information to users how solving the problem of printers, internet, language, and more. If they face again same problem they can solving himself.
Terms and conditions:
Joining time frame: 30 days.
The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems – Qatar and shall be deputed to one of the leading Govt Organizations in Qatar.
