Duties:
1.Ensure that the safety standards are complied with.
2.Attend pre-job, planning and other client meetings as required.
3.Conducts regular audits and inspections at project locations.
4.Investigate or arrange for all accidents and near-misses be investigated, prepare report of findings, including recommendations to prevent recurrence and implement approved course of action.
5.Development and implementation of HSE Plans and emergency response plans that comply with
6.Company policies and procedures as well as local client requirements.
7.Ensures that all project personnel comply with client and company HSE training and medical requirements.
8.Provide relevant information for monthly HSE reports.
9.Conduct HSE presentations and training to employees as required.
10.Provide HSE input for the proposals group bids
11.Supervise the maintenance of company HSE statistics, analyze trends and propose and take

Skills and Experience:
1.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or other allied fields
2.A minimum of ten year’s practical experience in occupational HSE.
3.Rail or Metro projects experience

4.Requires a willingness to work a flexible schedule.

5.Possess strong knowledge of OHSAS18001, IS014001 and ISM / ISPS standards and qualified as an internal auditor.

6.Strong knowledge of relevant HSE principles
