Job Duties

Develop and design print materials and collaterals and support development of various advertising banners
Design catalogues, posters, flyers, brochures, bill boards, pop ups and roll ups for all Shurooq marketing activities and events (including projects and assets / destinations)

Keep abreast of current technology, software and aesthetics trends in order to improve skills and make recommendations for the department

Job Duties

To be the focal point of contact for all health, safety and environment issues at Shurooq and to create a safe work environment that ensures health and safety of its employees/visitors.

Develop and implement (Shurooq)'s HSE policies and standards, including risk assessment, accident investigation and prevention, and health initiatives
Design HSE improvement proposals stating the non-conformance, proposed corrective action, required resources for corrective action and plan of implementation
Review, analyse and report all HSE accidents, incidents and near misses, investigate the root cause and make corrective action recommendations
Coordinate and administer site visits and inspect job site activities during particularly difficult or hazardous work situations (except project construction sites)
Supervise HSE drills and emergency response exercises in order to promote workplace safety and conduct safety training to help raise employee awareness on all HSE related issues
Supervise the regular inspection of fire fighting, safety and emergency response equipment
Assist in developing and implementing field location emergency response procedures and evacuation plans and ensure emergency response preparedness in terms of medical team and on-site doctors' availability
Review HSE reports, statistics and presentations related to HSE performance
Work with destination managers to ensure destinations operate in line with HSE standards and provide a safe environment for visitors and employees
Provide advice and obtain health and safety licenses for (Shurooq)
