Accountable for Exchange server, Cyber roam, Anti-virus ,Data migration, Storage Servers
Manage upgrading storage array of software
To design, develop, implement, operate and administer computer and telecommunications software, networks and information systems
Responsible for backup and risk management
Responsible for negotiating & procurement IT assets
Responsible on maintenance & Trouble Shooting of IT hardware
Accountable for developing IT policy, Should contribute to manage IT services, design, transition & operations
Should be able to manage scheduling software updates, patches, antivirus updates.
Manage administration of Data Center at geographical location
Should manage AMC of all IT devices like Servers, Laptops, Desktops, Printers, CCTV Cameras, Timekeeping machines, etc.
Should administer user & admin account.
Manage information technology and computer systems
Plan, organize, direct, control & evaluate the operations of information systems
Develop and implement policies and procedures for computer operations
Meet with managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines
Hire and manage information systems personnel and contractors
Control the computer systems budgets and expenditures
Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software
