Description

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Service Officer is responsible to assist with guest services in various areas of the hotel, such as reception, executive floor, communication center or concierge.
You are required to attend Guests at the Hotel entrance and assist them in carrying their luggage to reception and further to the rooms.


Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations as Bell Attendant or Concierge coordinator.
Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
