Job Description
Actively promote the companies services.
Lease and Sell property.
Maintain regular contact with Developers, landlords, investors, tenants and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones ·
Attend property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants ·
Keep up to date with UAE Real Estate market, property laws, competitors and marketing activities ·
Achieve sales targets set by the company ·
Ensure all daily, Weekly and Monthly reports are generated and sent to HOS & HR in the prescribed format.
Joining – Immediate / 1 month from offer date
Skills
Must possess excellent communication skills.
Should be a good negotiator.
Candidates with minimum 1yr experience in Real Estate is preferred (Not Mandatory).
Driving License will be an added advantage.
Salary – 2000/- + Good Commission + Benefits.
