Job Skills

• BA in Visual / Fine Art or equivalent
• Professional certification in designing software
• Minimum of 5 -7 years’ experience

Skills/Knowledge

• Knowledge of Adobe Suite
• Knowledge of regional and international branding and communications best practices
• English ( written and verbal) – Mandatory
• Arabic ( written and verbal) – Preferred


Job Duties

To generate creative ideas and concepts and produce design solutions to communicate marketing messages, campaigns and events with high visual impact

• Collaborate with Client Services team under Strategic Marketing to obtain briefs/ideas for design
• Visualise and produce striking and impressive graphics and multimedia content using creative thinking and latest technologies to attract target audience
• Develop and design print materials and collaterals and support development of various advertising banners
• Design catalogues, posters, flyers, brochures, bill boards, pop ups and roll ups for all Shurooq marketing activities and events (including projects and assets / destinations)
• Liaise with Brand Development to ensure all designs are in line with brand guidelines
• Ensure timely distribution and presentation of promotional materials for production
• Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy in order to provide clarity on arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetics
• Maintain log of all designs and develop an efficient system of archiving and track design changes
• Keep abreast of current technology, software and aesthetics trends in order to improve skills and make recommendations for the department
