Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Specialist

This opportunity is with a large Holding company involved in diversified business activities with their office located in Abu Dhabi.

As Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you would be responsible for designing, overseeing and implementing a firm’s compensation and benefits programs. You will be monitoring salary structures, balance staffing needs with cost controls, and help ensure that policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with the organization’s overall strategic objectives.

To be successful you would ideally possess 7-10 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits with FMCG, Construction, Engineering and Contracting company having a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
