Job Title: Team Leader Event Technology

Location: Dubai
Duties:
- Work with the Expo 2020 functional areas to develop, agree and implement a systems road map that follows the Expo 2020 vision;
- Work with the Expo 2020 Commercial team to ensure the objectives of the plan are met by maximising opportunities to use existing partners where possible;
- Engage with the Expo 2020 functional areas together with the information and knowledge management teams to ensure that operational standards and processes make the best of the available systems;
- Develop detailed functional and non-functional requirements for each of the in-scope applications;
- Project manage the end-to-end system implementation with the relevant provider(s) through design, build, test, install and operate.
Experience:
6+ years' experience in ICT systems specifically within events projects, as well as:
- A demonstrated track record of strong business skills to complement their technical skills including an ability to take a broad business, as well as technological, perspective in decision making;
- Ability to communicate and operate effectively in a multi-cultural environment;
- Employs understanding of stakeholder impact;
- Displays the highest levels of integrity and commitment;
- A willingness to work in a spirit of partnership.
