Program Manager Command Control Centre

Job Title: Program Manager Command Control Centre
Employer: Dubai Expo 2020
Location: Dubai

Duties: 

- Work with Expo 2020 team and external Technology Partners to deliver a ‘One Team’ unified approach to the delivery of the Command Control Centre project;

- Ensure the project is delivered to the required timescales and delivers the required functionality and availability;

- Develop and implement an effective programme management plan that will include a project and status reporting mechanism, change management and dependency management system;

- Provide a business management service to the Technology Director covering the full range of business planning, reporting and budgeting working with colleagues from Finance and elsewhere.

Experience

8+ years of experience in a similar role within ICT as well as:

Education
- A degree level education in ICT or equivalent;

- An excellent understanding of IT and/or telecommunications technologies;

- Experience in the project and programme management of large systems integration projects;

- Experience in the establishment and ongoing management of large technology supplier contracts.
