Job Title: Senior Manager ICT Operations

Duties

- Manage the delivery of our Infrastructure, Cloud and Virtualization partners;

- Responsible to plan the roadmap of Expo 2020 Infrastructure and Datacenters;

- Responsible of ensuring that Expo 2020 infrastructure and the cloud setup are based on best practices and standards;

- Monitor the delivery of vendors and partners according to the contracts and predefined SLA’s;

- Ensure partners use state of the art technologies for Virtualization, Cloud and Hosting services.


Experience and Education

6+ years' experience in ICT operations, specifically focusing on infrastructure; Cloud and Virtualization projects, as well as:

- Bachelor's Degree in Technology or similar field;

- Strong Communications skills;

- Experience in Cloud; Virtualization and Hosting is essential;

- Technology Operations and Infrastructure experience.
