What will you be doing as a TRYPtouch (Telephone Operator)?

As a TRYPtouch, you will be answering all incoming calls timely and according to the hotel’s telephone etiquette. You will be in charge of directing calls to guests, staff or other departments through the switch board. You will keep track of the wake-up calls and performs wake-up call services. You will be assisting guests with information about the services in the hotel and perform other duties as requested by your supervisor.

Good communication skills
Previous experience in a similar role.
