Job Title: Clinical Tutor

Job Purpose
The Clinical tutor will be responsible for students clinical training and organization of assessment and facilitate small group learning   .    ​

Main accountabilities & expectations
Participate in the teaching of basic clinical skills
Provide support to academic staff and clinicians in the practical assessment of students
Organize and participate in  clinical assessments and examinations including OSCEs
Facilitate small group teaching such as Patient-centered learning (PBL) tutorials
Assist in organizing student's field visits and training in clinical and community health setting
Assist in teaching and organizing clinical CME activities.

Preferred Qualification & Experience

Bachelor degree Medicine & Surgery (MBBS)
At least Three years of experience in clinical or educational setting
Job Location University of Sharjah (Main)

Strong verbal and written communications skills
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Highly competent in organizing and prioritizing workloads
Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment and initiative to identify and rectify problems
Advanced computer literacy with a willingness to update skills as required
Demonstrated experience in clinical skills teaching
