Job Description
Job Missions:
Service Duty
Implements project safety plan in his section and takes all necessary measures to emphasize the same.
Implements project quality plan in conformity to project quality manual and suggest improvement when deficiency is found.
Submits all his section requirements of material, equipment, tools and manpower to the PM in a timely manner.
Addresses and apprises to PM all problems and concerns encountered and assist to resolve them.
Prepares daily and weekly production reports using project approved forms and states major problems encountered.
Monitors and closely supervises the progress or works on a daily basis and immediately rectifies deficiencies where found.
Checks on a regular basis the quality of work in his section and ensures that his staffs are adequately trained to execute efficiently their duties.
Initiates daily the Work Inspection Request (WIR) and Inspection Check List (ICL) and forwards to the QCE.
Ensures that all works are carried on as per the approved project documents and notifies PM for discrepancies found.
Ensure that only approved materials are used to execute the works.
Ensures that the most updated and recent versions of approved drawings are applicable on site and the old drawings are to be stamped superseded and withdrawn from the site team.
Prepares Method Statement and Work Procedures where required and reviews them with the PM before submission.
Prepares on daily basis the concrete order requirements and reviews with PM before ordering.
Attends all scheduled meetings.
Initiates NCRs where necessary.
Responsible for allocation of manpower on daily basis
Ensures that no activity is being carried out without supervision.
Controls and supervises directly the general foreman, trade foreman, surveyors and subcontractors within his area

Asset Management
Ensure proper care of all equipment and furniture entrusted for his use and use of employees reporting to him, such as computer, calculators and general office equipment.
Human Resources & Community
Coordinate and liaise with Company departments regarding information required for reports, budgets and forecasts whether daily, weekly or monthly.
Maintains close relations with client companies so as to ensure smooth business relationship.
Must possess ability to deal effectively with all levels of management within the Company and to accomplish objectives through personal relationships in areas where little formal authority exists.
Security & Safety
Be well-familiar with the Company policies and procedures
Be well-acquainted with the physical layout of the Company and its premises, and knowledgeable of the Company emergency procedures in regard to fire, medical, bomb threat, black-out and evacuation
Other Responsibilities
Ensures that confidential records and other confidential information is properly safeguarded and is not removed from the office.
Do not disclose any financial information or any other information of the Company to a competitor.
Carry out any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Branch Manager, Project Manager and/or Operations Manager from time to time.
Skills
-Should have 7 to 9 yrs of experience
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
