Job Title: System Business Analyst

 Duties
- Conduct business process analysis, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analysis to align ICT solutions with business initiatives;

- Work with business users to define and analyse problems and align the most suitable technical, application or configuration solutions;

- Solicit, develop, document and manage requirements, and provide detailed design and business rules to support the requirements throughout the project life cycle up to and through change control;

- Create, review and deliver end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials) and training where required;

- Work with relevant users to select or create appropriate scenarios to test all results to determine whether system changes meet project specifications.

Skills

3+ years of Systems / Business Analysis experience with in the ICT department as well as:

- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field preferred;

- Knowledge of system development methodology, project management, system architecture and analytical/problem solving skills;

- Ability to produce high quality commercial documents and maintain comprehensive audit trails of all information;
